Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website or use the search function until you find what you want. Click on “Product info” and then enter the quantity & size that you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered. You can continue to add more items or remove items at any time. After you have completed your selection, click on "Submit" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to place the order. You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time. Your order is not confirmed until you enter your payment details.

In the rare occurrence when a product becomes out of stock, we will endeavor to obtain the ordered item as quickly as possible.

Payment & Currencies
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the PayPal secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Credit cards are preauthorized immediately using the PayPal secure system, after which point various additional security checks are made. As part of our commitment to the security of our customers we may contact you to request further validation of your details.


Shipping And Handling
Orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or our Courier, depending upon size and weight of your order. ALL orders must be signed for, and therefore we ask that you ensure you, or someone else, is available to sign for your order when delivered. You have the option of providing an alternative delivery address should this prove convenient to you. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local postal point, or contact our Couriers via information left on one of their Cards. Please speak to your local mail handlers if you are not sure about this. Orders over £100 will have no delivery charge in the United Kingdom only.

Tax Charges
Where necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. Should you require a tax receipt for your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state. VAT exempt buyers can have their VAT refunded by contacting us.


Storing your details with PayPal is what allows you to shop more safely. Return of Unwanted Goods :: Our satisfaction guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition within 14 days, unwashed, and free of any marks of use. If goods are not returned within 14 days we reserve the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer. If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to returning the goods. Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and, for this reason, we recommend you use a registered form of post to ensure receipt by Rei-Gi Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the goods are not in a saleable condition. Any refund will be for the cost of the equipment ordered, and no refund of any postage or shipping costs will be given. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately rare cases when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issue a replacement or refund to you. If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods please ensure that you contact Rei-Gi Ltd by e-mail at prior to sending them back. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order Completion
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Rei-Gi Ltd will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in the Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Your Privacy
Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will treat any details you provide us with respectfully. We do not participate in unsolicited mailing (and avoid working with those who do), and will never give your contact information to other organizations unless legally required to do so.

Delivery Addresses
For security reasons, we reserve the right to check all orders requiring alternative delivery destinations. Rei-Gi Ltd reserve the right to refuse delivery to an alternative address should fraudulent use of a credit card be suspected. If we are unable to contact the cardholder, we will deliver to the registered Card Billing Address, or, if we strongly suspect credit card fraud, the order will be cancelled and the card refunded.

Returns from Business and Trade Accounts
Our Terms and Conditions and Return policy is for our retail customers only. All orders received from Trade and Business Customers are not covered by our Returns policy. We do not accept returns from trade accounts or business accounts unless the items are faulty. On occasions when a return may be agreed, a credit note will be issued against future purchases. No cash refunds will be made. Business accounts include any Businesses ordering products for commercial or other use.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Terms

Postage and packaging charges are relevant to the size of the item and location. Charges are calculated based upon 'weight bands', ensuring that these costs are fair and proportionate to the items ordered.

  • Shipping method will depend on the number of items ordered, and also the weight of your order. Items are either sent via Royal Mail Tracked or one of our approved couriers, depending upon the weight and number of parcels.
  • All orders over £100 will be shipped free of any carriage charge. With the exception of Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, IOM and all Export Orders. If, when creating an account you find your country is not included, then we regret to advise that, for the time being, we are unable to ship to your country of residence. In this case please email so that we can assist you further.
  • Export shipping cost will depend on the country shipped to and the consignment weight. Your shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout, and before you commit to a payment, so you are always aware of all shipping costs before processing your payment. Small orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For.
  • Deliveries to certain areas of the UK ( Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and ALL Islands) will incur additional premiums if, due to size and weight, shipping has to be carried out by our Couriers. Small and light items will ship via Royal Mail Tracked at the latest Royal Mail costs.
  • Royal Mail Tracked requires no signature. However, it provides a full tracking of your parcel to the point of delivery. Subject to order value, Rei-Gi Ltd may choose to use the Signed For service as additional security.
  • Customers can provide an alternative delivery address or request items be left with a neighbor or in a secure location.
  • Any order not received will be investigated using the Royal Mail Tracked Service, and the information passed to the customer. If an order is deemed lost by the customer, Rei-Gi Ltd will not reship any goods for 28 days after the reported loss in order to carry out a full investigation.

Delivery Times

Whilst we endeavor to hold stock of all our products at all times, this is not always possible. We place orders regularly with our suppliers, but in some cases, it may take 10/14 days before we receive stock to satisfy full orders.

We keep a wide variety of items in stock but not every product in every size. If your required item(s) are in stock then they will be packaged and posted to you the next available working day. We regularly order stock from our suppliers, depending on demand. Usually we can receive stock in 3/5 days, however, in some cases; this may be 10/14 days.

UK customers can usually expect their orders to usually arrive in 2-5 working days after we have dispatched it, if items are shipped from our stock. For out of stock items, we will update you with an estimated delivery time. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery of out of stock items may be as long a 3 to 4 weeks. In such cases, we will advise you immediately.

Such orders are placed on Back Order, and we monitor these on a daily basis, and will always endeavor to keep you updated of the delivery times. Customers who cannot wait for delivery are entitled to cancel with a full refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Our aim is to hold stock of every item we show on our website.

Items Returned Due to Non Delivery

Any item returned to us by the courier as a result of either a customer's refusal to accept the delivery, or failing to acknowledge cards left by the courier will be responsible for the costs incurred by Rei-Gi Ltd if these items are returned as undelivered. All costs incurred by Rei-Gi Ltd will be passed to the customer in any re-delivery of such orders. If the cost of the returned delivery is more than the cost of the order, then no credit will be given. The customer will be required to make good these costs incurred, before we can re-deliver such affected orders

Please ensure you supply Rei-Gi Ltd with a delivery address that is both valid, and where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. We use either Recorded Delivery, or a Courier, depending upon the weight of the items dispatched. We will not be responsible for attempted deliveries due to no one being available. In these cases, items can be returned to Rei-Gi Ltd if you do not contact the Royal Mail or our courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. Where such orders are returned to Rei-Gi Ltd, we will include all necessary costs we incur before redelivering your order. At present, charges for items returned as undelivered are £12.50. This includes the redelivery charge back to the customer.

We will ship to any address you require, so when placing your order, please ensure you provide an exact address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.


You may return any items to us, no questions asked, within 7 days of receipt. All goods returned must be in the original packaging, free of any marks of use, and in a re-saleable condition.

Items returned without the original packaging, and/or in a condition that makes returned items unacceptable for resale, will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. To minimize the likelihood of a return, please ensure you check our size charts as carefully as possible.

Where items are deemed unacceptable by us for return, we will contact you in writing to advise of our reasons why this may be so. You will be required to make additional payment for the return of any item rejected by us. Refusal will result in your item being held in our quarantined return area until payment is made, or the item collected. We will hold such items for a maximum of 30 days, where after we will dispose of the items without compensation or refund.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you handle any items you receive with due care and diligence until you have made your decision.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, in order to ensure that your returns reach us safely, we do recommend using a registered form of post. Rei-Gi Ltd will not be held liable for items lost in the post.

Refunds will be made within 30 days to the credit card you provided, less our postage costs.

No refund will be made for postage, except where Rei-Gi Ltd has shipped the incorrect or faulty item.

Returns outside of the 7-day period may be considered in certain circumstances.

Rei-Gi Ltd will endeavor to provide products of high quality, and therefore, in the unlikely event that you should receive a product of sub-standard quality, we will replace such items without hesitation, and free of any additional charges.

If Rei-Gi Ltd deem that the items have not been used for their intended purpose, or that they have been subjected to practices for which they were not designed, in this instance we reserve the right to refuse their return, and subsequently, and no refund will be made.

Please note, where goods of similar style are ordered for the purpose of gaining free carriage, and then return the item not required, customers will only receive a refund less our postage & packing costs, where the original order would have fallen below our £100 threshold. Similarly, we reserve the right to withhold any carriage charges on any returned orders where the original order had incurred free carriage, except where goods are faulty.

Rei_gi Ltd will not be responsible for items ordered that are the incorrect size or incorrectly ordered. We will exchange such goods, but the customer must pay our additional postage & packaging costs. Your attention is drawn to the requirement above regarding the return of items in their original packaging etc.

A further credit card payment will be required for £6.50 inclusive of VAT to cover handling and postage. Whilst we subsidize the post & packing cost of all orders, exchange items are charged at our actual postage and packaging costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights and we would like to draw your attention to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2002 which outlines your Consumer Rights.

*UK Mainland Addresses exclude the following: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scotting Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and any other offshore UK address where a supplement may be payable if your order has to be shipped by Courier.

Please note that we will apply a 5% re-handling charge for items returned simply for refund, to cover cost of re-inspection and re-stocking.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure your parcel arrives at the allotted time, Rei-Gi Ltd are reliant upon third party delivery companies, and therefore are not ultimately responsible in the event of technical or other problems that our delivery companies may sometimes endure. Whilst we will always consider re-imbursements to the customer for failure to deliver on time, we do reserve the right to decline a refund due to problems outside of the control of both Rei-Gi Ltd and our delivery companies.



Business/Club/Trade Accounts

All Business/Club/Trade accounts benefit from our trade pricing agreements, designed to offer such accounts the necessary profit margins to resell the products purchased. All such accounts are subject to our Business to Business terms and conditions (copy available upon request). 

The difference between Retail accounts and such Business to Business accounts is stated below:

Our returns policy above applies only to Retail Customers. All Business accounts, including Club and Trade accounts, are subject to our Business to Business terms of sale. Returns can only be accepted for exchange, no refunds are given unless items are faulty. Faulty items will be replaced in accordance with our general terms of product guarantee.

On the rare occasions where a return for refund is the only alternative, we will issue a Credit Voucher for use on future purchases; we will not refund any monies.

Any items sold on Sale or Return are also subject to our returns policy for Business accounts. Any items returned will be subject to re-inspection charges of up to 20% of the value of stock returned, and a Credit Voucher issued for future use against orders. No refund of monies will be made.

Customers are rightly concerned about how web sites use information stored about themselves, therefore, we have decided to publicly state what information is collected by Rei-Gi  Ltd and how we use it. If you have any questions about our privacy policies please do let us know.

Information we collect:
